Start a return

• • Changed your mind? You have 30 days from when it arrived, and the item needs to be unused, in its original packaging, with the hygiene tag unbroken.
• • For change of mind you post the item back to us at your own cost. We refund the full price of the item once it arrives. The original postage is not refunded.
• • Faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong thing? There is no time limit, this applies to sale items too, and it costs you nothing. Send us a photo and we will sort it out. If we ask you to post it back, keep the receipt and we refund what you paid to send it, along with your original postage.
• • Sale items can be exchanged or swapped for store credit if you change your mind, rather than refunded. That limit does not apply if the item is faulty.
• • Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
